The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) is the trade body that supports and represents the UK recruitment industry. It acts as recruitment’s biggest lobbying voice and also a vital source of industry knowledge keeping its members up to date with all essential legislation and recruitment issues.

As the recruitment industries' trade body deNovo are pleased to support the REC’s Code of Professional Practice which sets the standards for the recruitment industry in terms of ethics, equality, integrity, professional conduct and fair practice.

Training

The REC is also the leading body providing the industry with recruitment specific professional qualifications. deNovo encourages all staff to pursue the qualifications on offer, from the Certificate in Recruitment Practice, for people new to the industry through to the Degree in Recruitment Practice.
